Small Talk - Floods at Chinnalanka, Near Jupudi

In the middle of the Krishna River in Ibrahimpatnam Mandal near Jupudi, in the chinna Lanka village that has been severely affected by the Krishna River floods, a temporary shelter has been set up for the people of the village under the marpu Foundation from the first day.The programme is being organised every day under the aegis of marpu Foundation till the flood water recedes completely.The elderly and toddlers were in a very miserable situation due to the impact of the Krishna River flood, the president of the marpu Welfare Society, Tulasi Padmashree, immediately responded to the situation and immediately arranged food for them and moved them to safer places.

A teary-eyed Thulasi Padmasree immediately responded and provided the necessary help to the villagers by meeting the needs of the people of Chinna Lanka village. When Chinnalanka visited the village, she gave a lot of courage to the villagers by providing them with daily food and essentials, steel utensils, blankets, bedsheets, milk and medicines.

The people, who lost everything have been provided with all necessary assistance under the auspices of the marpu Welfare Society. In all, 10,000 people were served food in Chinna Lanka village and flood affected areas of Vijayawada through marpu Foundation Welfare Society. Today, when the people of Chinnalanka village, who have lost their homes and beds, were asked to get new ones, they were given new ones in the collaboration of Sneha Hastalu & marpu Foundation, where books and pencil bags were also given to the school children.

The people of Chinna Lanka thanked the President of the marpu Welfare Society Thulasi Padmashree for helping us in every way as a goddess of our Chinna Lanka village in time to the people of our Chinna Lanka village who were in serious trouble due to the floods in the Krishna River. Tulasi Mada on behalf of Maarpu Welfare helped the people with Humble nature.
Forest
Along with people, fodder has also been arranged for dumb cows, buffaloes and goats. Sugarcane and other crops in Lanka fields of Chinna Lanka were also destroyed due to the floods. This situation was brought to the attention of Maarpu Foundation and this issue will be notified by the government soon.
